3 days and 4 nights

I went for a short trip to Goa last week. It was not even a week's trip, only 3 days and 4 nights(rest of the time in travel). So i and my friends could visit only a fewer parts in the northern parts of Goa.

Goa is a nice place to be and especially, to celebrate its a cool place. And therefore the prices shoot up high as we near the festival time. You will need to book your tickets and rooms well before the season starts. Even shacks become costlier; 1500 INR per night.
If you are a non-vegetarian, you have absolutely no problem at all. But for vegetarians like me, its a bit tough.

We visited three beaches Vagator, Arambol and Ashvem. The beaches are shallow than what we can see in chennai or kerala. These beaches are also very famous for sunset views.
The foreigners visiting these beaches spend their money in food and drinks than for the clothing. Most of the people were half naked and some were totally nude taking sunbathe.

We also visited two forts called Tiracol fort and Chapora fort. I don't have any details about who built it or when, but both are beautiful places to visit and have a view of the sea from a top point in the fort.

Chapora fort became famous after the film Dil Chahta Hai had a scene at this place and became known as the dil chahta hai point.
